Full description

Meet your instructor and get the right Rash-shirt or wetsuit to go to the beach. Begin your two-hour lesson with a safety briefing and basic instructions.

Once all of your first waves have caught in waist-deep water, return to the sand for more detailed instructions on how to get up. The rest of the lesson is spent in the water with teachers helping everyone get up.

Most participants have low expectations and do not think they can get up in the first hour. When you and the rest of the group are successful, there is tension everywhere!
