Full description

Take a small group tour and discover the heart of Cappadocia by traveling through the fascinating landscapes, valleys and cities of the region. Meet your English speaking tour guide and driver in the lobby of your Cappadocia property and enjoy a relaxing ride in an air-conditioned private minivan.

The first stop will take you to the Devrent Imagination Valley, an area of ​​diverse animal natural rock formations. Continue to the Zelve Open Air Museum, one of the three UNESCO World Heritage Sites in the park. Take a walk through the valley and admire some examples of Byzantine art before heading to Pasadag Fairy Chimneys, where you will see mushroom-shaped fairy chimneys with multiple stems and caps.

Before lunch, visit local ceramics workshops in the city of Avanos, where pottery has been an integral part of life for more than 4,000 years. Get an insight into the world of pottery thousands of years ago.

After lunch, finish the day with a visit to the Goreme Open Air Museum, where you can admire some well-preserved rock churches with frescoes, murals and chapels from the 10th century. Towards the end of this Cappadocia tour, your driver will take a short photo break in the Pigeon Valley on the way back to your hotel.
